Can an agent create a task without me?
Tasks the agents and SYNC propose arrive as drafts for you to confirm or dismiss. The exception is a Flow you build yourself: it creates live tasks unless you mark its tasks as proposed.
Where do I see what is waiting?
On the Work dashboard, which shows new drafts as they arrive, and under Tasks filtered to proposed, grouped by kind. A deal also lists its proposed tasks next to its live ones.
Does a task know which deal it belongs to?
Yes, when it comes from an account: it carries the prospect, the company and the deal, so a confirmed follow-up stays on the account’s record.
What is a mission?
A larger piece of work that SYNC breaks into tasks from a template. Worker bees can be assigned to it, and its page shows what they ran, what they delivered and what is waiting for your approval.
