Keep your CRM

A layer on top,not a migration.

Hyves is built to sit on the CRM you already run. Today the deepest sync is with HubSpot contacts. Everything else is read into Hyves, and any change back goes through SYNC and waits for your approval.

A CRM that startsfrom the research.

  • Companies, contacts and deals

More than one open deal per company, each moving through lead, mail sent, qualified, opportunity, proposal, negotiation, and won or lost.

  • The case on the deal

A deal opened from an account carries its dossier: the signal, the source, where you would land and everyone involved.

  • A timeline that updates itself

Every email, reply, meeting and call lands on the account as it happens.

  • Stalled deals come to you

A deal that stops moving is flagged for you, and tasks proposed from the CRM wait for your confirmation.

Conversations

Every conversationlands on the account.

  • Reply

    Replies

A reply lands on the account's timeline, marks the deal as replied and can open the next wave. The agent drafts an answer, which waits for you unless the account runs on its own.

  • Meeting booked

    Meetings

A booking page with your working hours and your Google or Outlook availability. When someone books, the meeting is filed on their company and deal, and the account's agent is told.

  • Call logged

    Calls

On your own phone with Hyves listening beside you, or on a video call inside Hyves. A brief before, the next question during, and a wrap-up after with tasks for you to confirm.

On the call

It tells youwhat to ask next.

A call is where you learn what research can’t find: who signs, what the problem costs them today, when it has to be solved. Hyves puts those questions in front of you before you dial and keeps the next one there while you talk.

  • Before you dial

A brief from the account's business case: the situation, their angle, who else is involved, what to steer clear of, and six to eight questions aimed at what the case doesn't know yet.

  • While you talk

Hyves listens through your computer, on speaker beside your phone or inside a video call. Answered questions are ticked off with the exact words, and a missed budget, timeline or objection is flagged.

  • When you hang up

The summary and the next step land on the deal automatically, and follow-up tasks are proposed there. Nothing joins your task list until you confirm it.

What to ask

2/6 answered

  1. Answered

How are the open roles covered today?

    Agency staff, most weekends.

  2. Answered

What does a weekend of agency cover cost you?

More than a cook on the payroll would.

  3. A follow-up their answer opened

Would you rather hire than keep paying the agency?

  4. Ask this now

Who signs off on staffing spend?

  5. Still to ask

Is there a budget set for the season?

  6. Still to ask

Who else would sit in on a trial?

From the brief

They mentioned the terrace. The brief has it: the six vacancies open before the season starts.

Questions

Fair questions.

Do I have to switch CRM?

No. Keep the one you run. HubSpot contacts sync both ways; Salesforce, Pipedrive and HubSpot companies and deals are read, and changes go through SYNC after your approval. The CRM inside Hyves is there if you want one place for everything.

What does a deal here carry that a normal CRM deal doesn't?

Its business case: the signal that made the account worth opening, with its source and date, where you would land, the people involved and their roles, and every step the account's agent took.

Does Hyves help me during a call?

Yes. Click a contact's number on a deal and the call screen opens with a brief and the questions to ask, aimed at what the business case doesn't know yet. You dial on your own phone and put it on speaker next to your computer. Hyves listens, keeps the next question in front of you, ticks off each answer with the exact words, and suggests the follow-up an answer opens. Video calls inside Hyves get the same guidance on a hot call: one marked hot, booked through a hot link or on an advanced deal, or with a Tier A or B account.

What happens to what they said?

Each answer stays on the call, word for word, next to the question it answered, so the next step can build on it. The wrap-up writes a summary, and on an open deal the summary and the next step land on the deal automatically. Follow-up tasks are proposed, and nothing joins your task list until you confirm it.

Where do calls happen?

On your own phone, with Hyves listening through your computer, or as a video call inside Hyves, transcribed as you talk. Meetings booked through your booking page, which checks your Google or Outlook calendar, are filed on the right account.
