One of your twelve dimensions
Is this logistics company growing its driver fleet?
Say you sell fleet telematics to logistics and trucking companies: hardware and software that shows where every truck is and how it is being driven. After researching your company, Hyves writes questions like this one into your scoring: twelve of them, each for your product. Every company in your market is scored 0, 1 or 2 on all twelve, with the evidence quoted.

What RevOps actually loses sleep over
CRM data drifts from what reps actually do
Contacts and stages go stale between manual updates. Hyves syncs HubSpot contacts both ways and reads Salesforce and Pipedrive, so your team works from one account picture.
Pipeline coverage is a guess dressed up as a number
Without a rubric, every account looks the same size until someone works it. Hyves scores every company 0, 1 or 2 across twelve dimensions per product, evidence quoted, so coverage reflects accounts that actually fit.
Every new tool is another integration to own
Hyves works as a layer on the stack you already run, 35 one-click integrations and 1,000+ more through Composio, rather than one more system RevOps has to reconcile.
How Hyves helps
One layer that keeps your CRM and your pipeline honest
A rubric built for what you actually sell
Hyves researches your company first, about 15 minutes across 21 stages, then writes a 12-dimension scoring rubric for your product instead of a generic firmographic filter.
Every account scored before it enters a report
Each company gets 8 web searches plus its homepage, vacancies page, about page, LinkedIn and trade register. Missing evidence counts as unknown, never as zero.
Works on top of the CRM you already run
HubSpot contacts sync both ways; Salesforce, Pipedrive and HubSpot deals are read, and changes go through SYNC after your approval.
Built and hosted in the EU
Tenant separation is enforced at the database layer, which matters when RevOps has to answer for where account data lives.

Fair questions.
Does this replace our CRM?
No. Hyves syncs HubSpot contacts both ways and reads Salesforce and Pipedrive. A native CRM exists, but moving your team onto it is optional, not required to get the research and scoring.
How is data separated between tenants?
Hyves is built and hosted in the EU, and tenant separation is enforced at the database layer.
Where does the pipeline data in our reports come from?
From the accounts Hyves researches and scores, with the evidence kept on each account. Every score carries the source it was based on, so a stage change traces back to a reason.
Can we connect tools outside HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive?
Yes. Hyves ships 35 one-click integrations and reaches over 1,000 more through Composio.
