One of your twelve dimensions
Is this food manufacturer short on maintenance staff for its production lines?
Say you sell predictive maintenance software to food manufacturers. After researching your company, Hyves writes questions like this one into your scoring: twelve of them, each for your product. Every company in your market is scored 0, 1 or 2 on all twelve, with the evidence quoted.
How the market search worksMaintenance staffing gap
- scores 2Three or more maintenance or reliability roles open, or a new production line announced in the last 90 days
- scores 1One or two maintenance technician roles open
- scores 0No open maintenance or reliability roles found
- not foundNothing found. Counted as unknown, never as zero.

Channel growth shouldn’t depend on trade shows
Spotting plants that are expanding or short-staffed is manual
New facility openings, hiring pushes and line expansions are scattered across job boards, local press and trade registrations. Screening them by hand misses the timing.
Procurement, plant operations and finance all touch the decision
A distributor or OEM deal rarely closes with one contact. Without a map of the buyer, the champion and the blocker, outreach stalls at the wrong desk.
Outreach tools don’t talk to the CRM your team runs
Adding another disconnected tool means the account history your reps already have in HubSpot or Salesforce doesn’t carry over.
How Hyves helps
From sign-in to a working account plan
Hyves learns your product before it looks at a single plant
Sign in with a work email. In about fifteen minutes, Hyves reads your site, your products and your existing accounts, then writes a scoring rubric of twelve dimensions built for what you sell.
The first market search maps distributors and plants on its own
Roughly fifty companies in about three hours, one query per market phrased the way your buyers would search, each one checked against vacancies, trade registers and its own site before it’s scored.
Every top account gets a case, not just a contact list
Tier A and B accounts come with why now, sourced and dated, the function you’d serve, and the stakeholders across procurement and plant leadership.
Outreach starts on the plant floor, not the buyer’s inbox
The pressure cooker works an account from the bottom up, one new person a day, opening the next wave after a reply or five days, so the buyer hears from you once the ground is warm.

What does Hyves connect to today?
Hyves syncs HubSpot contacts both ways and reads Salesforce and Pipedrive, with thirty-five one-click integrations and over a thousand more through Composio. A native CRM exists if you want one, but moving to it is optional.
How does Hyves find distributors and OEM partners that are ready to buy?
After you sign in, Hyves spends about fifteen minutes learning your business, then launches a market search that runs on its own: roughly fifty companies in the first three hours, one query per market in your buyers’ words, each company checked against its site, vacancies, LinkedIn and trade register.
Who approves outreach before it goes out?
You do, per account. Choose to approve every message, approve the first and let the rest follow the same pattern, or let it run inside the plan you set. An agent reads the dossier, decides the next step, and logs everything it does.
Where is our data hosted?
Hyves is built and hosted in the EU, and tenant separation is enforced at the database layer.
