Meet

Where the conversationhappens, on the account.

Calls, booking, chat and your calendar in one place, next to the account they belong to. Before a hot call you get a brief and the questions to ask. After a call, a recap, with the summary and the next step on the open deal.

Six places, one environment

Everything a conversationneeds, in one rail.

  • Video meetings

Calls run in the browser, peer to peer, built for two to six people. Start one on the spot or share a link; guests join without an account.

  • Booking

Your own booking page, with meeting lengths, a buffer and working hours for each day. Open slots skip anything busy in a connected Google or Outlook calendar.

  • Chat

Channels, direct messages and threads, with search and bookmarks. One click turns a conversation’s action items into proposed tasks, and a channel can become a project room.

  • Calendar

Day, week, month and agenda views. Google and Outlook connect through Composio: Hyves pulls your events and pushes the ones you create in Hyves.

  • Recaps

Calls from the last 90 days, each with its recap and the transcript on demand. One click turns an item from a recap into a proposed task.

  • The dashboard

What is live now, the hot calls, what is up next, open conversations, action items, recaps and bookings, in one view.

The life of a call

What happens by itself, and what waits for you.

A call leaves the account better informed without asking you to type it up. Hyves writes the recap and updates the deal; anything that acts on your behalf, a task, an invite or an email, waits for your click.

  • When a call is hot

When you mark it, when it was booked through a hot link, when the booker’s deal is qualified or further along, or when their account is Tier A or B.

  • What hot changes

Hyves prepares a brief and the questions to ask before you join, and on the call itself the Coach keeps the next question in front of you.

  1. BookedHappens by itselfWhen the booker’s email matches a prospect, the meeting is filed on their company and open deal, and the account’s agent wakes.
  2. BeforeHappens by itselfOn a hot call, a brief and six to eight questions aimed at what the business case doesn’t know yet.
  3. DuringHappens by itselfOn a hot video call, every 30 seconds the Coach ticks off answered questions with the exact words and suggests the follow-up an answer opens.
  4. AfterHappens by itselfA recap: the summary, action items, decisions, key points, follow-ups and the mood of the call.
  5. On the dealHappens by itselfOn an open deal, the summary and the next step land automatically. The business case itself is not edited.
  6. For youWaits for youTasks, calendar invites and follow-up emails from the call wait for your click. Emails go from your own inbox.

Booking

A booking page that knowswho is booking.

  • Your page, your rules

Lengths of 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes by default, a buffer between meetings and working hours for each weekday. The booker needs no account.

  • Busy means busy

Open slots are your working hours, minus existing bookings, minus busy time in any connected Google or Outlook calendar.

  • What a booking sets off

The event lands in your calendar with the Hyves call link, a video call is created and both sides get an email. When the booker matches a prospect, the meeting is filed on the account and its agent wakes; when the call qualifies as hot, the brief is prepared too.

  • The agent can book too

Once a prospect has replied agreeing to a time, the account’s agent can reserve that slot itself and move the deal to Opportunity.

Questions

Fair questions.

Are calls recorded?

No. Hyves keeps a transcript and a recap of each call, not a recording, so there is no audio or video to play back. The call is transcribed as you talk.

Does a call change my deal?

On a call tied to an open deal, yes: the summary is logged on the deal and the next step is updated automatically. The business case is not edited, and tasks from the call wait for you to confirm them.

Which calendars work?

Google Calendar and Outlook, connected through Composio. Hyves pulls your events and pushes the events you create in Hyves; edits you make to an event in Hyves are not pushed back.

Who can join a call?

Anyone with the link. Video meetings run in the browser, peer to peer, and are built for two to six people. Guests do not need an account. For a phone call, dial on your own phone with Hyves listening beside you; Hyves never dials for you.

Does Meet cost extra?

There is no separate Meet plan or add-on. Briefs, live guidance and wrap-ups draw on the same usage as everything else in Hyves.

Every conversation,on the account.

Meet comes with the rest of Hyves: calls, booking, chat and your calendar, filed where the work already is.
