Retail & E-commerce

Sign in with a work email. Hyves researches your business, then scores every retailer in your market on the signals that predict who’s ready to buy, so you reach the accounts that are actually expanding.

One of your twelve dimensions

Is this retailer opening stores faster than its current systems can handle?

Say you sell shelf-planning or store-operations software to multi-store retail chains. After researching your company, Hyves writes questions like this one into your scoring: twelve of them, each for your product. Every company in your market is scored 0, 1 or 2 on all twelve, with the evidence quoted.

Finding the right chains takes more than a spreadsheet

Spotting which chains are actually expanding is manual

Store openings, remodel plans and new-market moves are scattered across press, job boards and local news. Screening them by hand means chasing accounts that aren’t ready yet.

A retail deal touches more desks than one

Store operations, merchandising, IT and the person who signs the contract rarely move on the same timeline. Outreach that reaches only one of them stalls.

Outreach tools sit apart from the CRM your team runs

Adding another disconnected tool means the account history your reps already have in HubSpot or Salesforce doesn’t carry over.

How Hyves helps

Built for chains, not just contacts

Research

Hyves learns your business before it looks at a single chain

Sign in with a work email. In about fifteen minutes, Hyves reads your site, your products and your existing accounts, then writes a scoring rubric of twelve dimensions built for what you sell.

Market search

The first market search maps retailers on its own

Roughly fifty companies in about three hours, one query per market phrased the way your buyers would search, each one checked against store listings, vacancies and its own site before it’s scored.

Dossier

Every top account gets a case, not just a name

Tier A and B accounts come with why now, sourced and dated, the function you’d serve, and the stakeholders across store operations, merchandising and finance.

Pressure cooker

Outreach starts with the store-level team, not the buyer’s inbox

The pressure cooker works an account from the bottom up, one new person a day, opening the next wave after a reply or five days, so the buyer hears from you once the ground is warm.

Fair questions.

How does Hyves fit with the CRM we already use?

Hyves is a layer on top of the tools you already run, syncing HubSpot contacts both ways and reading Salesforce and Pipedrive, with thirty-five one-click integrations and over a thousand more through Composio. A native CRM exists if you want one, but moving to it is optional.

How does Hyves find retailers that are actually expanding?

After you sign in, Hyves spends about fifteen minutes learning your business, then launches a market search that runs on its own: roughly fifty companies in the first three hours, one query per market in your buyers’ words, each company checked against its site, vacancies, LinkedIn and trade register.

How does outreach actually go out?

An agent works each account from its dossier, one new person a day, at most three touches per account per day. Email goes from your own inbox when a verified address exists; otherwise the step becomes a LinkedIn message or a call for your rep. You choose the send mode: approve every message, approve the first, or let it run inside the plan.

Where is our data hosted?

Hyves is built and hosted in the EU, and tenant separation is enforced at the database layer.
