SYNC
Ask about any account.Or hand it the work.
SYNC is the agent you talk to. It reads the same memory as the rest of Hyves: every company researched, each business case, the people inside and every step taken. Ask it by chat, by voice or from the desktop app.
Brief me on Hotel Het Anker before my call at three.
Tier A. The case: six Chef de Partie vacancies ahead of the terrace season, seen on their careers page on 4 Sep. The sous chef answered on Wednesday and the head chef booked today’s call. Nobody has said yet whether they use an agency now.
Look up the three people on the call and draft questions for it.
That’s a mission. I’ve drafted a three-step plan for you to approve.
Three ways in
Type it, say it,or keep it on your desktop.
Chat
Inside Hyves, next to everything else. It keeps the conversation and remembers what you told it.
Voice
Tap and talk, and it answers out loud. Useful between calls, or on the way to one.
Desktop
A native app for macOS, so SYNC is there while you work in other tools.
What you can ask
The whole account,one question away.
SYNC answers from what Hyves already knows, and goes looking when it doesn’t know yet, keeping the source of whatever it finds.
About any account
Its business case, its tier and scores, who is involved, and what happened last.
About your pipeline
Deals by stage, what stalled, and what moved this week.
To research
Search the web, read a page, or look up a LinkedIn profile or company, with the source kept.
To act
Draft an email, create a task, or change something in a connected app. Anything that leaves Hyves waits for your approval first.
- Read the public profiles of the three attendees
- Check each one against the account’s business case
- Write five questions for the call
Missions
Bigger asks get a planyou approve first.
When a request takes more than one step, SYNC hands it to a team of worker bees. You see the plan before any of them start.
A plan before any work
A lead bee breaks the ask into steps and shows you the plan. Nothing runs until you approve it.
Each step its own job
Approved steps queue as separate jobs, so a slow step never holds up the rest, and a failed one is marked instead of hidden.
Questions
Fair questions.
Is SYNC a separate product?
No. It is the way you talk to Hyves, and it reads the same memory as the rest: the research, the business cases, the people inside each account and every step the agents took.
Can it send things on its own?
Not from a conversation. When SYNC would send an email or change something in a connected app, it shows you first and waits. Outreach to accounts follows the send mode you chose for each account.
Which model does it use?
Frontier models from several labs, routed per job with an automatic fallback. You never pick one or manage a key.
Ask your first questionabout your own market.
Request access. Once you’re in, SYNC knows what the research found about your company from the first day.
