Pricing
Four tiers. One product.
You only buy volume.
Every tier unlocks every feature, including the free one. What changes as you move up is how much of your market we research each month — and nothing else is held hostage to make you upgrade.

Prices exclude VAT. Paying yearly costs ten months instead of twelve. Allowances pool across the workspace, so a team of three shares one balance rather than three separate ones.
If you need more
Top up without changing plan.
A heavy month shouldn't force a permanent upgrade. Add research volume as a one-off from inside the app — it lands in the same shared pool and never expires.

One plan
Everything, or it isn't an operating system.
No tier withholds the memory. The shared account record is what makes the whole system work, so every team gets all of it — on Free the same as on Max.
The whole operating system
Growth, CRM, SYNC, Inbox, Create, and Work — one plan, one memory. We don't sell the modules separately, because separating them would break the thing that makes them work.
Market mapping and enrichment
Foraging across open sources and licensed data partners, the verification waterfall, and live buying signals. Licensed data costs sit inside the price — there is no separate data invoice.
The agent swarm
SYNC and its worker bees, running on frontier models we pay for and route between. You never buy tokens, pick a model, or manage an API key.
Every feature, on every tier
Free is not a crippled demo — it unlocks the same product Max does. What you buy when you move up is volume, queue priority, and how quickly we answer the phone.
The receipts
The stack you get to retire.
The bill is only half the problem. None of these tools share memory, so you pay a second time in context lost between them — and a third time in the people needed to hold it all together.
| What you pay for now | Typical cost* | What it actually does | In Hyves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prospecting database | €5–15k / yr | Static lists, seat-licensed, decaying from the day you export them. | A living market map you own |
| Enrichment credits | €3–12k / yr | A waterfall you glue together yourself, in spreadsheets, per campaign. | Built-in verification waterfall |
| Sequencer + deliverability tooling | €2–8k / yr | Templates spraying a first-name token at unverified inboxes. | Outreach that cites its reasons |
| AI-SDR point tool | €6–18k / yr | Personalization bolted onto stale data it can't verify. | Agents that share the account memory |
| CRM | €1–18k / yr | A database that only knows what reps remember to type in. | A CRM born from the dossier |
| The glue: RevOps + analyst hours | 1–2 salaries | Routing, dedup, broken syncs, and the spreadsheet in between. | The router — built in |
*Typical mid-market list pricing for a team of five. Your mileage — and your procurement team — will vary. The memory problem won't.
Straight answers
The questions people actually ask.
What exactly differs between the tiers?
Volume, and almost nothing else. Every tier unlocks every feature. What scales is how many companies the monthly allowance researches — about 50 on Free, 500 on Core, 2,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Max — plus Forage queue priority and support response.
Why is it priced per user?
Because usage follows the person doing the work, not the company. Each seat carries its own allowance and they pool into one shared workspace balance, so a team of three gets three allowances in one pot rather than three separate walled gardens.
What happens if we run out mid-month?
Work doesn't silently stop — you'll see the pool draining well before it empties. You can add a one-off top-up from €9 without changing plan, or move up a tier if you're consistently landing above your allowance. Top-ups don't expire.
Is there a free trial?
Better than a trial: a free tier that never ends and needs no card. It researches about 50 companies a month — your actual market, not a sandbox. If it's earning its place, upgrading takes a minute.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — paying yearly costs ten months instead of twelve, so Core is €990, Pro €2,490 and Max €6,490 per user per year. Same allowance, two months back.
What does it typically replace?
A prospecting database, an enrichment tool, a sequencer, an AI-SDR point tool, a CRM, and the ops time spent gluing them together. Most teams already pay for four or five of those, so the honest comparison is against that total — not against a single line item.
What's the commitment?
Monthly unless you choose annual. We don't write multi-year lock-ins to hide churn. If Hyves isn't earning its place, we'd rather hear it early and fix it.
Getting started
Start on Free. Move up when it earns it.
No card, no sales call, no sandbox — describe your market and the engine starts mapping it. If you're rolling out to a larger team or need a DPA, security review or invoicing in place first, talk to us and we'll handle it properly.
